Who We Are
The mission
of Gundelach Consult is to assist our customers in defining their goals and
reaching them. We do this through a process of realizing the good intentions
and creating concrete sustainable solutions, which we develop in close
co-operation with our customers. It takes an extraordinary effort to achieve a
connection between goals and results, even if the development of companies and
organizations by many is considered a normal day-to-day process.
Erik
Gundelach, the owner of Gundelach Consult, has more than 15 years of
experience in the development of organizations and businesses. He has acquired
this experience partly through consultancy work and partly through various
management positions. These practical skills are combined with a strong
theoretical foundation achieved in among other ways through an executive MBA
from the Copenhagen Business School.
Over and
above our own resources we draw on a greater network of external competences,
which can be consulted in accordance with the customer’s wishes and the actual
tasks in question.
We
provide solutions in many countries, as well as in multicultural environments.
As a result we have experience from among other countries Belgium, Botswana,
Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Latvia, Mozambique, Norway, Poland, Spain,
Great Britain, Sweden, Tanzania, and Uganda.
